Our Company
QUIGLEY CUSTOM HOMES, LLC, has been in business since 1998 as a developer and custom home builder in Kansas City and Johnson County. Our company has developed three residential subdivisions so far, including more than 250 residential building lots and other commercial projects.
We developed DeerBrook/DeerBrook Estates and Stonegate Reserve in Overland Park, Kansas and Patrician Village in Lenexa, Kansas. Additionally, we support and participate in the Kansas City Home Builders Association (KCHBA).
Our owner, Dan Quigley, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as well as a certified and licensed contractor in the state of Kansas. He earned a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Kansas in 1986.
